Dirt Bike Death I.D.

The Highway Patrol has identified a 13-year-old boy killed after two dirt bikes collided in mid air near Linton in an attempt to jump a field approach The patrol says 13-year-old Robert Vetter of Linton died of injuries Sunday after he and the other dirt bike driver 16-year-old Tyler Gross of Linton were driving in the bottom of a ditch and tried to jump the field approach from opposite directions The approach is at the top of a small hill and the two boys could not see each other The 16-year-old was taken to a Bismarck hospital for treatment of his injuries
